Heather brings more than two decades of higher education leadership experience spanning enrollment strategy, student success, organizational improvement, and leadership development. Her work is shaped by years of leading complex institutional initiatives and by a practical understanding of how decisions, systems, and people intersect.
Her scholarship and professional work have also centered on access, belonging, institutional effectiveness, and the experiences that shape how people engage with institutions. Through HOF Strategies, she brings that perspective to consulting, facilitation, and leadership development engagements.
